1 · Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Diamond Exteriors LLC, Manassas, Virginia. Reach us at support@diamondexteriorsva.com or (571) 234-2030.
By using diamondexteriorsva.com, submitting a form, or using the project portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
These terms are not a construction contract. They cover use of this website, the project portal, and our text-message program. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal you sign.
2 · What the website is, and what it is not
The website describes our services and lets you ask us to look at your home. Nothing on it is a price or an offer. Prices come from a written proposal after somebody has seen your property, and only a signed proposal creates an agreement to do work.
3 · The forms you submit
When you submit a form you are asking us to contact you about what you described, and you are agreeing that we may do so by email, by phone, and by text if you gave us a number.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are the homeowner or authorized to act for them. We may decline any inquiry.
4 · The text-message program
Program. Diamond Exteriors LLC sends text messages about the project you asked us about: appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that an estimate or proposal is ready, verification codes when you sign in to your project portal, invoice notices, and follow-up after the work is finished. If you separately checked the optional box, we may also send occasional offers and reminders.
How you opt in. By giving us your phone number on our website form, over the phone, or in person, with the disclosure shown or read to you at the moment you give it. Marketing messages require a separate, unchecked opt-in, and it is never a condition of doing business with us.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your project. Most homeowners receive a handful of messages across a job.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after it. Stopping text messages does not affect your project. We will call or email instead.
How to get help. Reply HELP, email support@diamondexteriorsva.com, or call (571) 234-2030.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent is not for sale. We do not share or sell your phone number or your consent to receive messages with any third party for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy at https://diamondexteriorsva.com/privacy.
Supported carriers. Message delivery depends on your carrier and may not be available on all of them.
5 · The project portal
If you have a project with us we may give you access to a portal showing your documents, schedule, photographs and balance.
Your login is yours. Keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may suspend access we believe is being misused.
What the portal shows is a record of your project, not a substitute for it. Where the portal and your signed proposal disagree about scope, price or terms, the signed proposal governs.
6 · Reviews and photographs
If you leave us a review, you agree we may repeat it and say who wrote it, by first name and town.
We photograph our work. Those photographs are ours and we may use them to show what we do, but never with your name, your street address, or anything else identifying your household, unless you tell us in writing that we may.
7 · Things we cannot promise about this website
The website and portal are provided as they are. We do not promise they will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or portal.
This section is about the website. It does not limit anything we owe you under a signed contract, our workmanship warranty, or Virginia law.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
9 · Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
